| BOLTAC INDUSTRIES Company Profile Established 1976 Boltac Industries was originally established as Boltac Engineering in 1976. In 1990 the name was changed to Boltac Industries. This change coincided with the development of the original Boltac Jar Tester. Originally, the work undertaken was of general engineering. Developmental work was always a priority. Boltac Engineering produced a range of motor racing componentry in the 1970 to 1980 period. Boltac Industries currently produces the Jar Star jar tester (or jar stirrer), designs and implements water treatment plant upgrades, as well as troubleshooting components in mechanical devices that perform below expectation Director Bruce Roberts is the founding director of Boltac Industries. Bruce was originally trained as a Fitter, Turner Machinist, and is an indentured tradesman in the engineering trade. During his formative years Bruce received a diploma in an Executive Staff Course at the New Zealand Institute of Management. He has spent 22 years in the water treatment field as engineer and manager. Bruce acts in a consultancy role in plant upgrades and is the designer of the jar stirrer. Boltac Industries designs/develops componentry for the stirrers and for water treatment plant upgrades. Jar Stirrers are currently sold in New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Canada. Work on large scale projects is done with the use of approved sub contracting companies, selected for their expertise and experience in their relevant fields. DistributorsNew Zealand
