Delivery
Delivery is usually off the shelf but due to demand
can take up to 8 weeks.
Warranty
12 months PLUS
- All products produced by Boltac Industries carry
a Twelve Months Plus warranty. The product is
under warranty from the day it leaves the factory
until the end of the current month, plus the
following twelve month period.
- Each machine has an individual serial number
which is recorded at the time of despatch from
the factory. There is no need to fill in or
return any warranty documents.
- The warranty covers parts found to be deficient
due to poor quality or workmanship at time of
manufacture or during normal operation for the
period stipulated, fair wear and tear excepted.
- The client must pay the freight to return the
product to Boltac. The product must be boxed and
packaged securely to prevent damage to the
exterior of the case, and any ancillary equipment
on the machine. A clear description of the fault
as seen by the client must accompany the machine
on its' return.
Payment
- New Zealand
- Payment on GST invoice, 20th month following.
- International
- Payment by bank draft prior to goods leaving NZ.
